Love is an emotion expressed not just in words but also in actions. A sensation from the heart between a mother to her child, a child to his parent, friends, lovers, and importantly between the Creator and His creation.
But beyond being a feeling or emotion; love is a nature. It is the nature of God reflected through all of his acts to all of his creations. From the birds of the air, the aquatic animals, the trees, and his favorite: You; none Is excluded from His love list.
Love is what the creator has shown to everyone through the gifts He has given us: the gift of life, the gift of good health, the gift of His son, the gift of salvation, the gift of the Holy Spirit, the gift of men, etc.
To appreciate the worth of a gift you have to acknowledge the giver...
For what gives you the right to make such a judgment? What do you have that God hasn’t given you? And if everything you have is from God, why boast as though it were not a gift?– Apostle Paul.
None of what we are given was a result of your works but purely out of the abundance of His Iove.
The Purpose of the Gift.
We often give gifts to re-confirm or establish our connections with others. Searching, through the Holy Bible I discovered all that God has given to mankind is all for one purpose: To restore the lost connection between Himself and His beloved ( human).
More than power and dominion, the most important thing loosed by man due to the deception of the devil in the garden of Eden is Fellowship with His Creator which is what Abba desires the most.
The purpose of the gifts given to either spiritual or natural abilities is for the redemption of souls, that as many that come in contact with you and the gifts He has given you will come to the knowledge and fellowship of His Love.
But is your gift fulfilling its purpose or are you using it as you wish?
You gift of healing,
Your gift of writing
Your gift of knowledge
Your entrepreneurial gifts etc
Remember the man with the one talent in the bible that buried it, it was collected and given to the servant that brought great profit to his master.
Your gift was given to you as a result of His love for you to showcase His love.
