Purpose: In Quest for Meaning 1

Romans 8:28

Life often feels like a puzzle, with countless pieces scattered around us. Each piece represents a different aspect of our existence – family, career, hobbies, and relationships. As we try to fit these pieces together, we begin to search for that elusive picture on the box—the picture of our purpose. "What is my purpose in life?" It's a question that has haunted philosophers, thinkers, and dreamers for centuries, and for centuries to come it's a question that won't lose its relevance.

Join me on a Journey for this month as we explore the fascinating world of purpose, seeking the elusive answer to this timeless riddle.

✨ Defining Purpose

✨ You are Unique in Your Purpose

Defining Purpose:

Success is beyond what most people term it to be. Success is not graduating with honors, having a good job, and a peaceful family; no, a successful life is beyond that.

There are but few people who have records of having lived a successful life.

Examples are the Apostle Paul Jesus Christ (our perfect example) and many more.

Wealth is good as it comes but it can't take the place of living a life of purpose.

Permit me to define Purpose as God's vision for a man's life, God's reason for creating him, and the gap he is meant to fill in God's grand plan.

To understand purpose, you must first recognize that it's a deeply Godly and personal concept

Though our purpose is linked up at some point as you can't fulfill purpose in isolation, each person has his unique purpose.

You are unique in your purpose.

Your uniqueness commences when you discover your purpose and fulfill it.

No one else can do the things God has created you for the way you do them.

Why? When God created you for a specific purpose, He also deposited in you all you need to fulfill it excellently.

Myles Munroe in his book In Pursuit of Purpose used an illustration of God as a Manufacturer.

A Manufacturer with a big factory, with daily production of different products each for different purposes.

Only the manufacturer knows how best to use and operate each product and he has given guidelines in the user's manual.

Upon any fault or query is better to reach back to the user's manual or better still the manufacturer himself.

No one not even the product knows it's full capacity except the Manufacturer.

You're God's Product and He alone knows why you are here...
